6. Limitation of Liability

Velmora Holidays shall not be liable for service deficiencies, operational issues, or losses caused by third-party service providers, including hotels, houseboats, or transport operators. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during the tour.

7. Guest Responsibility & Acceptance

Guests are expected to follow property rules and local laws. Any damage to property or vehicles shall be borne by the guest. Confirmation of a premium or luxury tour implies full acceptance of this disclaimer and related policies.
